Mr. Li graduated with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree in Commercial Law from the Lancaster University, UK, in 2023 and completed his postgraduate study in 2024 and is bestowed with a Master of Science degree in Public Policy by the University College London, UK.
Mr. Li joined the Foundation as a Student Member in April 2021 and was appointed Secretary in January 2025.
