internationalized through

It is a variant of the \fBgettextize\fR that ships with
\fBgettext\fR(1)\&.

\fBglib-gettextize\fR differs from gettextize in that it does not create an
\fBintl\fR subdirectory and does not modify
\fBpo/ChangeLog\fR (note that newer versions of gettextize
behave like this when called with the -\fB-no-changelog\fR option\&.
