application file \fB\fIfilename\fR\fR,
to create the file \fB\fIoutput-file\fR\fR
which contains both the original and the localized strings\&. Afterwards, the
application XML file contains repeated xml-nodes, where each xml\(emnode
contains one of all translations and an \fBxml:lang\fR attribute\&.
