.SH DESCRIPTION

The \fBmlib_ImageAndNot()\fR function computes the logical Not of the second source image and then computes the logical And of the result with the first source image, on a pixel-by-pixel basis.  It uses the following equation:

The data type of the images can be \fBMLIB_BIT\fR, \fBMLIB_BYTE\fR, \fBMLIB_SHORT\fR, \fBMLIB_USHORT\fR, or \fBMLIB_INT\fR.
