The \fBmlib_ImageConstNotAnd_Inp()\fR function computes the logical And of the source image with a constant and then takes the logical Not of that result on a pixel-by-pixel basis, in place.

The data type of the images can be \fBMLIB_BIT\fR, \fBMLIB_BYTE\fR, \fBMLIB_SHORT\fR, \fBMLIB_USHORT\fR, or \fBMLIB_INT\fR.
