The client must have the \fBPRIV_WIN_DAC_WRITE\fR, \fBPRIV_WIN_MAC_WRITE\fR, \fBPRIV_WIN_UPGRADE_SL\fR, and \fBPRIV_WIN_DOWNGRADE_SL\fR privileges. The \fBXTSOLsetResLabel()\fR function changes the label that is associated with a window or a pixmap.
