tcp-env - set up TCP-related environment variables
SSSSYYYYNNNNOOOOPPPPSSSSIIIISSSS
ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv [ -rrrrRRRRhhhhHHHH ] [ -llll_l_o_c_a_l_n_a_m_e ] [ -tttt_t_i_m_e_o_u_t ] _p_r_o_g_r_a_m [
_a_r_g ... ]
DDDDEEEESSSSCCCCRRRRIIIIPPPPTTTTIIIIOOOONNNN
The input for ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv must be a TCP connection. ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv
finds out information about that connection, puts the infor-
mation into several environment variables as described in
ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvviiiirrrroooonnnn((((5555)))),,,, and runs _p_r_o_g_r_a_m with the given arguments.
Usually ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv is run from iiiinnnneeeettttdddd. It might instead be run
from another server that already sets up the right environ-
ment variables; if PPPPRRRROOOOTTTTOOOO is set to TTTTCCCCPPPP when ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv is
invoked, ttttccccpppp----eeeennnnvvvv assumes that all the other variables are
set up properly, and it does not check whether the input is
a TCP connection.
