Designed for ISPs to put on a local server for speed testing between
broadband connections.  Optionally saves results into a MySQL database. For
viewing by an administrator.

Any modifications you make to this set of scripts I would appreciate being
forwarded them so that I can continue to improve and roll new changes in.

Note:  I originally designed this after ASP code provided by a user on
       the inet-access mailing list.  I am not quite sure of its origins.

Installation instructions can be found in the INSTALL file.

Please refer to the CHANGELOG for the latest modifications (especially if you
are upgrading).

The currently outstanding bugs are located in the BUGS file.  If you find
